The Hollywood beauty proudly holds her stomach as she poses in a figure-revealing white Donna Karan dress for the cover of InStyle magazine in the U.S.
Asked how she is feeling, she says:“Fantastic! Right now I have so much joy and energy. I can just go and go and go.”
She also thinks she looks more beautiful than ever.“My skin is aglow from all the hormones,” she says proudly.
Halle also says she wants the birth to be spectacular as it may be her only pregnancy. “I may only do this one time, so I want the moment to be as big as it can be. I want the biggest bang I can imagine.”
She says the baby will have boyfriend Gabriel Aubry’s surname - but they will not come up with a first name until the child is born.
“People are always saying, ‘You mean you haven’t picked out a name yet? But I don’t know how you name a baby until you meet it,” she said.

Halle Berry is all about baby these days. And with fellow celebrities Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Cate Blanchett also expecting, she's in good company. Berry, who is due in March, tells February's In Style magazine, on stands Friday, that "it's a perfect time to be pregnant, because everything in fashion is loose-fitting with an Empire waist."
The 41-year-old mother-to-be even jokes about her situation. "Did you know that they call this a geriatric pregnancy? I cringe when I hear that. I'm like, 'Take that off my chart!' "In reality, she says the pregnancy has made her look and feel better. "My skin is aglow from all the hormones. I actually wear less makeup now, which is really good. I want to stay pregnant forever."
And her partner, model Gabriel Aubry, 32, has only contributed to her happiness, she says. Berry enjoys visiting his family in Montreal, where she might have a few days without paparazzi hounding her on the streets. She says the couple have not picked out a name for the baby, "but we know the last name will be Aubry." And there is no talk of a wedding from the twice-married actress. One thing she will reveal is that she won't be hiring a full-time nanny because she wants to be a hands-on mom. And she has been practicing. "I've been checking out eco-friendly disposable diapers. I have this little teddy bear that I diaper."
