April 27, 2008: Congratulations are in order for Delta, who won MTV's Music Video of the Year Award on Friday night for "Believe Again". Delta wasn't
in attendance, but she did tape an acceptance speech which was aired and which you can view here,
thanks to Artin from the official forums for posting it. Make sure you listen for Delta's hilarious shoutout to Brian, who did attend that night.
In other news, Delta has officially begun her US campaign, with "In This Life" now at radio in the US and available for download on iTunes. Delta is currently in the
US working on her campaign, with the new video for "In This Life" due to land on American screens sometime next week. Delta has also just shot her first magazine cover
for Vegas magazine, which will be hitting stands in coming months. In the meantime, you can check out Delta's new US site,
which will be expanded in coming weeks, for all the latest US info.
April 15, 2008:Lyrics have been added for Delta's new duet with Olivia Newton-John, entitled "Right Here With You". The duet
was written and composed by the two incredibly talented Australian singers as part of Olivia's Great Walk to Beijing campaign, which is underway as we speak. For
more information on the Great Walk, what it involves and how to sponsor Olivia or other celebrities taking part in this special event to raise money for Olivia's
Cancer and Wellness Health Centre, click here. The song itself will be featured on a new album recorded
by Olivia, entitled "Celebration In Song", due out early May.
In other news, Delta's US campaign has begun, with "In This Life" officially being added to iTunes this week. If you're in the US, head on over and download the track!
The album is set to follow on June 24th, with more information to come soon.
March 29, 2008: Delta's new single, "You Will Only Break My Heart", is officially in stores and available to download from iTunes! Both versions contain
the album version of the song, Delta's MAX sessions performance of "Black Velvet" and two remixes of the title track, one by Rich Sanford and the other a karaoke
track. The physical single also contains video of Delta's stunning AFI performance and software that allows you to remix "Believe Again" and upload it to a site where
you get the chance to win prizes for the best remixes. The iTunes EP also contains the Diamond Cut Remix of "Believe Again", which is Rich Sanford's mix of the song that
Delta performed at the AFI Awards and has been highly sought after by fans ever since.
In other news, it has been confirmed that a DVD of "A Night With Delta Goodrem" held over two nights this past week will be released in July! It's still very early days,
but we will bring you more information on the release when it's available.
